Who We Are

Wild Skies is a family owned resort and wedding venue in River Hills, Manitoba. Situated on the banks of the Whitemouth River, we offer glamping domes, tents and cabins for rent on our forested property. Our 10 acre paradise is the perfect location for your wedding or elopement.

since that day, we’ve shared this space with literally thousands of you. we’ve made countless new friends, shared stories and bevvies around bonfires, celebrated engagements + weddings + birthdays and learned more than we ever thought possible.

these cuties will greet you as you arrive at the resort, wander over to say ‘hi’ during dinner (please don’t feed them tho!), sit on your lap when you’re feeling down (hey, pippin?), keep most wild animals at bay, and will definitely make you smile.

thankfully the creek wasn’t completely dried up yet 😅 and the ducks were able to make it down with a little help from René.

today our 2023 wedding season kicked off with Liz + Tyler. we absolutely love getting to know couples + their friends over their entire wedding weekend - this crew has set the bar high for this summer! ✨

moose did soooooo good on his first canoe ride EVER! 🫎.

we’ll be sticking to the Whitemouth this summer to get his sea legs under him while we search for a bigger canoe to take camping. going from 1 to 2 pups means our current 16 footers aren’t gonna cut it for multi day trips. 🛶

when you visit the resort you get access to our collection of canoes, kayaks and stand-up-paddleboards. weather you’re a seasoned paddler or trying it for the first time, the Whitemouth River has something for everyone! 💦
