Get Your Goat On – Goat Yoga


Join Rebecca Watson + the 5 hobbits (our goats + sheep named Bilbo, Frodo, Sam, Merry + Pippin) for an all-levels flow practice. We will focus on connecting the breath with movement – while the hobbits do their best to distract you with cuteness.

Bring : Water bottle, comfortable clothes, yoga mat & any yoga props you have at home (blocks, any form of yoga strap, folded blanket)
